Best-Hall building installation in a nutshell
2:51

A time-saving asphalt foundation, a well thought-out work schedule, adherence to occupational safety, industry expertise and extensive experience in fabric structure installation are the cornerstones of our building installations.

Setting up a Best-Hall building can be performed very quickly compared to traditional construction: 1,500 square metres of ready-to-use space can be installed in less than two weeks. The rapid speed of installation work is enabled by high-quality materials, carefully planned work phases and the best expertise in the industry, which also makes the construction project very cost-effective and effortless.

The steel rod anchoring system developed by Best-Hall helps in the swift installation of our buildings. The system ensures that your building remains steady at all times. Depending on the carrying capacity of the site and the load on the structures, the asphalt-based steel anchoring can be used as a foundation for fabric-covered buildings up to 40–45 metres wide. Buildings wider than this can also be installed quickly on concrete.

Asphalt is usually a sufficient foundation for small and medium-sized buildings, and the anchoring foot plates are installed directly on top of it. However, the customer is always responsible for the foundation, whether it be an asphalt or concrete foundation.

Our professionals will begin the installation by assembling the building’s steel frame once the foundation has been laid. The frame is assembled in a horizontal position, and it typically requires an area at least as wide as the building and its eave height. However, installing a building on a smaller plot is also possible. This is taken into account in the plan concerning the lifting of the frame. Once the frame has been assembled and installed, a covering fabric will be hoisted onto the roof of the building, attached to the frame and tightened. Finally, the fabrics at the gables of the building are set up, attached and tightened.

The building is then equipped with the standard equipment or any additional accessories ordered by the client.

Did you know that a prefabricated Best-Hall building can be transported to a new location either as disassembled or assembled? Modifying the buildings is also easy: insulations, partitions, extensions, doors and accessories can be added or changed throughout the building’s entire life cycle.
