Since the beginning of its history, Best-Hall has used only the highest quality fabrics in its fabric structures. Now we have taken a big step towards a more sustainable future by introducing a new recycled fabric that combines premium sustainability with a smaller carbon footprint.
For quality fabrics, we have worked with the Serge Ferrari Group for the majority of our 50-year history. Last year, we were granted exclusive distribution rights for a fabric with a weave made from recycled materials. No compromises have been made on quality: the new fabric is, by the way, exactly the same Ferrari 942 quality as the traditional 900-gram fabric .
An innovation to reduce your carbon footprint
Reducing the carbon footprint has long been a challenge for fabric manufacturers, and only recently has progress been made. The use of recycled materials in technical fabrics has long been a challenge, as traditional composite construction involves a polyester weave coated with a layer of PVC, which contains a number of chemicals. Years of development have now led to the discovery of a method to separate the PVC coating from the fabric, allowing the polyester fibres to be recycled and remanufactured into a fabric.
The first fabric building - an excellent result
We have already produced the first fabric building from the new recycled fabric and everything has worked out perfectly. The icing on the cake is the matt finish of the fabric, which gives the building a particularly stylish look. In addition, as with all our fabric buildings, this fabric has a two-tone texture: the white inside makes the building bright and welcoming. The fabric is currently available in three different shades of grey, and other colours will be added in the future.
This innovation allows us to offer our customers a more environmentally friendly option without compromising on quality or durability. Best-Hall is leading the way in both quality and environmental awareness - and with the recycled fabric we are once again one step ahead .
